Business understanding.
Personal accountability.

I’m Christian Ortega Lugo, a mechatronics engineer with an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey. My background spans healthcare technology, implementation coordination, functional consulting and business development.

My experience includes RIS/PACS environments at AGFA HealthCare and professional services at Epicor. Through KMOV, I bring that perspective to focused consulting and the coordination of specialist partners when a project needs them.

Clear responsibilities, from the start.

Some needs call for specialist providers. When a partner is involved, the proposal identifies who delivers the work, who contracts with you and how the commercial relationship works.

A few useful answers.

Does KMOV develop every solution directly?

KMOV provides discovery, functional consulting and project coordination. Software development, infrastructure and specialized services can involve independent providers, identified in the proposal.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. A focused process review, discovery brief or readiness assessment can be the first engagement. The scope and fee are agreed before work begins.

How do you price a project?

The price depends on the agreed scope, deliverables, specialist involvement and timeline. Start by describing the challenge; the next step is to define an appropriate engagement.

Do the demonstrations show client projects?

They are independent demonstrations by Christian using fictional data. They illustrate business and technical reasoning, rather than customer outcomes or production deployments.
